The Escher Customer Forum affords a unique opportunity to meet and share experiences with other industry leaders.

Postal companies are discovering that adapting to the needs of their customers is more important now than ever before. Consumers have a greater choice of providers and technology is giving them new ways to access products and services. Discover what is happening with payments and how innovative retailing solutions are being deployed to better attract and retain customers.

17.00 - End of Conference Day 1

19.30 - Welcome Dinner - The Crypt – Hosted by Escher Group

09:00 Start Day 2

New business solutions are emerging that enable the Post to use technology to offer services to government and local authorities, thereby expanding their offerings beyond the traditional portfolio. Leveraging the trusted role of the Post, digital communities are evolving which require the independence of a third party operator to assist the implementation of digital services to the public sector.

Intelligent mobile devices are featuring more and more in business solutions. This is expanding the reach for Posts and opening up new channels to enhance the customer experience. Hear how some organisations are using this approach to improve service.

What is the vision for the next five years that will retain and expand the customer base, protect revenues and build long term sustainability? Expert thoughts from the postal, technology and retail sectors give insights to the likely developments over the coming years as companies and Posts get Ready for Business 2020.

19.30 - Farewell Dinner - Dublin Wine Rooms – Hosted by Escher Group
