Escher Group and An Post’s Integrated Licensing Application System in Ireland entitled www.licences.ie is now being used by the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) exclusively for online renewals and applications.
Built upon Escher’s RiposteTrEx™ platform and hosted by An Post the platform allows the PSRA licensees to apply for and renew mandatory licenses online therefore providing greater compliance and control over their application processes. The PSRA have set increased efficiency as one of their targets for 2016 and this system will create this by streamlining their internal processes and making licence fee payment electronic.
The PSRA is the regulatory body for Auctioneers, Estate Agents, Letting Agents and Property Management Agents in Ireland. They process and monitor a comprehensive licensing system for all property service providers.
The addition of the PSRA to www.licences.ie shows the systems capability and the growth of online processes for licence authorities as envisioned when the system was first launched earlier in 2016. Escher are continuing to work with other Licence authorities as they begin to join www.licences.ie for their application systems.
Liam Church, CEO of Escher Group said:
“The addition of the PSRA to www.licences.ie portal highlights the growth in the area of outsourced egovernment services in Ireland and we are delighted to assist the PSRA in increasing their compliance and revenue intake through the system. It is an exciting time within Escher as we begin work on more eGovernment projects for our international customers.”
