Liam Church is the CEO of Escher Group and is responsible for successfully positioning the company as the global leader in digital point of service for postal organizations. Under Liam's direction, Escher Group has revolutionized how technology is utilized to promote business growth and increase profitability.

As an innovator, Liam strategically elevated and expanded the Company's core competencies. His unique vision for the Company is driving record sales and expanding Escher Group's presence into multiple new markets across the globe.

Prior to his leadership at Escher Group, Liam was Chief Executive Officer at a successful wealth management company and held numerous senior positions during his 22-year tenure with the postal service in Ireland.

A trusted thought leader, Liam provides council and mentorship to senior executives and government officials throughout the world.

Fionnuala Higgins is the Chief Commercial Officer for Escher Group. She is responsible for implementing an aggressive growth strategy that has transformed Escher Group from a small company into one with an extensive global presence.

In addition to creating an environment where effective and targeted sales and marketing thrive, Fionnuala's personal approach to business serves to resonate the culture of the Company and elevate the Escher Group brand in the marketplace. Her diligence in cultivating strategic relationships and her tenacity in seeking opportunities in new and existing markets are why Escher Group is successfully positioned as a valued and trusted technology leader throughout the world.

Before joining Escher Group, Fionnuala was co-founder and Head of Technology at Anshe Ltd, a company that was acquired by Escher Group in 2000. A 25-year veteran in the postal industry, Fionnuala held multiple senior management positions at An Post and was Technology Director for Post Consult International.

Clem Garvey was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Escher Group in July 2016. The role of the CFO is to ensure that business decisions are grounded in solid financial criteria, to provide insight and analysis to support the CEO and other senior managers, to lead key initiatives in finance that support overall strategic goals and to fund, enable and execute the company’s strategy. The CFO presents the organization's progress on strategic goals to external stakeholders.

Clem started his career with KPMG where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He worked in Corporate Finance in the City of London before being appointed Financial Director of the Leasing Division of the Gestetner Group, then Finance Director of its Belgian subsidiary prior to Gestetner’s acquisition by the Japanese group Ricoh. Clem subsequently became CEO of Ricoh’s French operations before leaving in 2009 to join French group Neopost, where he served until 2016 as Chief Operating Officer.  

Peter joined Escher Group in June 2001. Prior to his current role as Chief Operating Officer, he served as the Company's Interim President and Chief Financial Officer. Peter has more than 25 years' experience working with technology companies and, prior to joining Escher Group, held a variety of senior finance positions with companies such as Sequence Design, Inc., Avery Dennison Corporation and the accounting, tax and consulting firm Deloitte. Peter earned a B.S. degree in management from the University of Massachusetts and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jeremy has worked in the postal technology business since 1987, with his first 13 years spent in the UK Post Office, before joining Escher Group in 2000. During his time with the UK Post Office he played major roles in a number of counter automation initiatives, within what is one of the world's largest postal companies. Prior to taking up his current role, Jeremy held the position of VP of Professional Services in Escher Group for a number of years, working closely with each of Escher Group's major customers. This has given him significant insight into both the business and technical needs of major postal organizations across the world.

Jeremy holds a BA (Hons) in mathematics and a MA from Trinity College, Oxford. Prior to moving into the postal business, Jeremy worked for Logica, a major UK software house, on a number of large projects for blue chip companies in both the oil and technology sectors and at the scientific research institution for the UK gas safety industry.

A graduate of Dublin City University with a BSc (Hons) in computer applications, Pauline has 20 years' experience in the postal and technology industries. Prior to joining Escher Group in 2001, Pauline was involved in counter automation initiatives for the UK Post Office and Australia Post. These experiences, together with her involvement in counter automation projects within Escher Group, have given her significant insight into both the business and technical needs of major postal organizations.

Since joining Escher Group, Pauline has risen to the position of Director of Digital Services with overall responsibility for management and coordination of all Dublin projects. Prior to moving in to the postal technology sector, Pauline held positions in the telecommunications and healthcare industries.

Jacob joined the Escher Group Software Development team in April 1996. Since then, he has been involved with the majority of the technologies present in Escher Group's current product set. Jacob is responsible for the Boston Development Team and all operations at the Boston office. Prior to joining Escher Group, Jacob worked for internet application and service companies. He holds a BA (Hons) in computer science from Brandeis University.

Jasjit Nehal joined Escher Group in 1999 and was Vice President of Software Development at its headquarters in Cambridge.  In 2002, he assumed overall responsibility for setting up and managing Escher Group's Asia Pacific operations based in Singapore. He has been instrumental in the successful delivery of a number of Escher Group's projects across the globe and has extensive knowledge of the postal industry.

Prior to joining Escher, Jasjit held a variety of senior technical and management positions at ICL and Fujitsu and has extensive experience in the design and implementation of large-scale, high-performance distributed systems. 

Susan joined Escher Group in 2015 as Global Head of Human Resources.  Susan has over 20 years of International experience in Human Resources, spanning the US and Canada as well as Ireland, UK, Germany, South Africa, Dubai, China and Singapore. Susan has specialised in working for technology companies, from the international aerospace and defense technology sector to start ups. Susan holds a BA in Human Resources Management from National College of Ireland and is a member of both The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
