An Post: Ireland
An Post was Escher Group's first Riposte® customer, implementing Riposte through its retail network in 1993 to completely automate its counter system and link remote branches with central headquarters.
An Post comprises a network of nearly 2,000 retail outlets spread throughout Ireland, with nearly two thirds of these located in rural communities where they are often the sole provider of financial services. In addition to providing mail services, An Post acts as a community hub by processing utility and welfare payment, selling savings and investment products, as well as issuing passports, licenses, and national lottery tickets.
