Escher Group Opens Office in Singapore
New headquarters accommodates growth in Asia Pacific
Boston, Mass. - September 25, 2002 - Escher Group Limited, a leading provider of peer-to-peer messaging and data management solutions, today announced the addition of a new sales and support office in Singapore. From its headquarters located at Singapore Post Centre, the company will offer new levels of service, consultancy, and support to clients in Asia Pacific. Escher Group attributes its success to a strong customer-intimacy model, and continues to expand its range of products and services in response to customer demand.
The Singapore office will be managed and directed by Jasjit Nehal, formerly vice president of development at the Company's Cambridge, Massachusetts headquarters. Nehal and his team will be responsible for all pre- and post-sales activity within Asia Pacific. This includes: training, to ensure that all customers are adequately skilled; support, to provide customers with product updates and clarifications; and account management, to maintain close contact and to provide consultancy.
